Royal Jelly

Royal jelly is a nutritious mixture of secretions from hypopharyngeal and mandibular glands of nurse bees. Some studies suggest that royal jelly has broad spectrum antimicrobial properties and also contains sex hormones. It is used to feed the queen bee and larvae in the bee colony.
